How Do I Place An Order?
It is easy to place an order or just browse through the colours. Then add to your basket.
There are over 200 colours, so if you want a colour not shown please contact us via the make to order buttons or send an enquiry via the button at the bottom of each page.
If there is a colour that takes your fancy just click on the picture for a closer look. You can then add to cart if you want to purchase or click on one of the top line buttons to go somewhere else on the site.
What is a Black Lace Effect?
Some of the yarns are self coloured and others have a black thread running through them so it gives the impression of black lace.
We do our best to ensure that the colour you see on the screen is a true match to the actual item. Our equipment is calibrated to try to achieve this. However all colour monitors are different so there might be slight variations which are out of our control.
Payment and Shipping
We take most major payment cards as well as Paypal. Rest assured that your details are safe as we use secure servers which comply fully with data protection regulations.
We ship all over the world & the following delivery charges will be applied at the checkout:
UK Mainland free of charge.
UK Offshore & Europe £2.95
Rest of the world £3.80
If you want to purchase more than one item to one address please email us for a delivery discount.
Our prices are for untracked uninsured parcels and delivery is normally 7-14 days. If you want to track or insure your order please ask us for a quote.
If you would prefer to make a payment straight to our bank rather than using the online payment system, please follow the checkout system to the payment area and you will see the Offline Payments button. All details regarding offline payments will be found here, including details for overseas payments. All payments should be made in GBP with any costs paid by the buyer.
Returns & Refunds
We are happy to accept order cancellations as long as your order hasn't been despatched.
If you have received your order and want to return it at your cost we are happy to receive it back in its original condition and packaging.
Once it has been received we will refund the price paid less a restocking charge of 10% to cover the cost of getting it back into our system.
We check all items before they are despatched but should it prove to be faulty on arrival please email contact us with a description of the fault and a photo if possible. We will be in contact to discuss how best to deal with your refund.
