I was born in Manchester and moved to Buckinghamshire when I was 14.  I started work as a Secretary & retired as a Book Keeper - having been a Customer Services Manager & Quality Manager for various manufacturing companies during that time.  In the Summer of 2017 we fulfilled our dream of moving to Cornwall and Craft Illusion became very popular both online and with local visitors to the Treasure Gift Shop in the centre of Penzance

 

My husband Terry, originally from Blackpool, is a talented wildlife photographer and works for the RSPB, so his photographic advice & studio are proving very useful.

 

And of course customer service and quality apply to all businesses!

Lily helps me with my local deliveries & outlet visits & earns her keep by advertising CRAFT ILLUSION along the way.

I have always been interested in handicrafts which now includes soap making so I thought it was time to change from Craftillusion to Mounts Bay Crafts.  Just got to get Lily a new bumper sticker. for her 18th birthday.
